Somaliland:DP Contract Without Signified Context Is Illegal

Memorable quotes. “Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country,” is one of the most famous quotes by former US president John F. Kennedy. But is any of what our leaders said worthy of notice? Time reveals none.
All we recall is a repeated sequence of exposure, argument, blame, denials, contradictions, deceits, disgusting authoritarian rule, eulogy and immoral lies.
Adulation and sensational levels of having much money are a heady cocktail, and if some young men get inebriated, it is only a temptation waiting to explode. But the dirt is controlled by older man wearing the heavy make-up of lies. Who is he?
When UAE’s minister of state broke the DP story, the present Somaliland administration did not even seek to limit the scandal to three idiots from the former Kulmiye ruling team. Guess who these idiots?
The reason is that some crooked men are involved. You can see frightened faces from Dubai to Hargeisa. But that is a form of smarts that patently prove that the present leadership is naive and evidently complicit.
Everything can be straightened out, but that is not the urgent problem. The present law for Somaliland is good enough for the existing crooks. This is not the first instance of our national pride being sold.
Excuse me: is contract without signified context legal at any rate and under any circumstances? Are we kiding?
Let Dr Saad, Somaliland Foreign Minsiter,  explain this to Somaliland people and convinnce every one.
