President Musa, Don’t Insult The Intelligence Of Your People

Ninka Garanayaan Ahay Tan Iyo Geele Haad Qoyey

The Holy Quran in every District, in every village and in every house is a good School.   If studied and understood according to its merit.   It is the principal support of virtue, morality, ethics, sense of good leadership and civil liberty.    The first president of the USA Mr. Benjamin Franklin said, we need a revolution in every 200 years, because all Governments become stale and corrupt after 200 years.   War is when the Government tells you who the bad guy is, and revolution is when you decide that for yourself.   The ignorant mind, with its infinite afflictions, passions and evils, is rooted in the three poisons: Greed, anger and delusion.   Love is the delusion that one woman differs from another.   Politics in Somaliland is a delusion entirely surrounded by liars in new clothes, from now and then.   Practically all the relationships we had with our politicians were based on a foundation of lies and mutually accepted delusion of a tribal agenda.   Dear reader, any appeasement to a tyrant is a high treason and it is as if you are pressing a crown of thorns into your flesh.   Politicians and women are books and the masses are the readers.   Outside the Independence Hall when the Constitutional Convention of 1787ended, Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin,, “Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?  ” With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, ” a republic, if you can keep it.”  After the deceased President President M. Egal, Somaliland had dumb brokers that sell everything dear and gold as a trash.  Mr. Malcolm X who is my Alma mater said; flee from hate, mischief and jealousy.   The purpose of Art is washing the dust of daily life off your Soul.  Put your vision to reality with guts.   Have the courage to follow your heart, and your intuition and fight for your dreams.   Life is a journey that must be travelled no matter how bad the roads and accommodations are.   It is the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority.   If you make yourself sheep, the wolves will eat you.   Ignorant people want to punish you for speaking the truth and for being you.   Never apologize for being years, ahead of your time and age group.

Mr. Malcolm continued saying. ” When you get into a tight place and everything acts against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the time and place that the tide will turn into your favor.  When you are down to nothing, Allah is up to something.  The faithful see the invisible, believe the incredible and then receive the impossible.  Where liberty dwells, that is my country.   And as far as you are listening to your masses, you are my leader.   Mr. Malcolm continued saying that General virtue is more probably to be expected from the educated youth, than from the exhortations of adult persons.   Bad habits and vices of the mind being, like the disease of the body, more easily prevented than cured.    Moreover, talents of the educated youth are the gift of Allah; and that he on whom they are bestowed, whenever a way is opened for use of them, is as strongly called as if he heard a voice from heaven.  Mr. Musa Bixi, there are two days of the year that we can not do anything, yesterday and tomorrow.   Carefully watch for your thoughts, for they become your words.   Manage and watch your words, for they will become your actions.   Consider and judge your actions, for they have become your habits.    Acknowledge and watch your habits, for they shall become your values.    Understand and embrace your values, for they become your destiny.   Relationship are based on four principals; respect, understanding, acceptance and appreciation.   The true measure of any society is how it treats its most vulnerable members.   Civil Disobedience is the inherent right of any free society.   True beauty consists of purity of the heart.   The richer we have become materially, the poorer we become morally and spiritually.   We have learned to fly in the air like birds and swim in the sea like fish, but we have not learned the simple Art of living together like brothers and sisters.   When our days become dreary with low hovering clouds of despair, and our nights become darker than thousand midnights, let us remember that there is a creative force in this Universe, called Allah, working to pull down the gigantic mountains of evil, a power that is able to make a way out of no way, and transform dark yesterdays into bright tomorrows.   Let us realize the Arc of the moral universe is long but it bends toward justice.  The educated young generation should learn how to see for themselves and think for themselves.   Then you can come to an intelligent decision for yourself.

If you form the habit of going by what you hear others say about someone, or going by what others think about someone, instead of searching that thing out for yourself and seeing for yourself, you will be walking east while you think you are going west.   Remember, a wise man can play the part of a clown, but a clown can’t play the part of a wise man.

Dear reader, if you are not careful, the newspapers and the media of the tyrant will have you hating the people who are being oppressed and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.    When the people who are in power want to create an image to justify something bad, they use their press and their TV to frame  a liberal person as  a Devil and give a good image of a Devil like the Black Evil Mountain who is led by his stomach and wallet ( Bqor Buur Madawo ).   That Black Evil who is the first Ape who became a man thus committed treason against his own kind or species of the Gorilla family.   Or they, the authority,  give a devil out of an image for a humatarian, innocent dove – victim, like Naciima qorane and Mohamed Keyse who are victims for expressing their own personal belief.   All in all they will take a person who is a victim of the crime, and make it appear that he or she is the criminal, and they will take the criminal and make it appear that he is the victim of the crime.   The media is the most powerful entity for any tyrant to use it as a weapon of defence and attack, because in this age and time, the media controls the minds of the masses.   But I believe much that the unarmed truth and the unconditional love will have the final word.  When ( I  ) is replaced with (  we  ), even the illness becomes wellness.    Eventually, faith will take the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.    Dear reader, if you see me as an extremist, then I am not ashamed of it, for the conditions that our people suffer are extreme, and extreme illness can not be cured with moderate medicine.    Mr. Malcolm X, my Alma Mater said, be peaceful, be courteous, obey the law, respect everyone, but if someone transpasses into your personal rights as a citizen, send him to the cemetery before he send you there.   Dear Somalilander, we have learned to fly like birds and swim in the sea like fish; but we have not learned the simple Art of living together as brothers and sisters.   As Somalilanders, we badly in need of a movement that change the people as well as our falsified institutions.

The whole System of the Municipality must be dissolved and replaced with the nomination of the business men of every town; as it used to be in the Colonial days.   Where they will be paid by the hour on the basis of each sessional meeting.    No more monthly salary for ignorant parasites which is a burden on the National Budget.   Dear Somalilander, you have to investigate and make sure that our country’s politics and management is run by its people; not by International and local NGO.   Our judicial System is wiretapped by some International NGO, and every court – case is under their screening.  The supreme task is to organize and unite the people so that their anger becomes a transforming, productive and fruitful force.   Now, it is the time to fight with the pen, not with the gun.   We are all from different branches but of the same root, and have arrived on different boats but now sailing on the same ship that is heading to the same destination.    Our enemy is infront of us and the sea is behind us.

Our own Geele – Haad -Qoyey, the Commander of the Police Force, which article of Somaaliland Criminal Code authorizes you to keep in custody at Iftin – police station a nine months pregnant woman for eight months?   Simply because her husband is the cousin of the deceased Ahmed Godane.   Mr. Faysal Haji Ali, the president of our own Al – Mahdaawe Court, let me ask you.  In how many NGO you are a shareholder?   Mr. Mahdaawe, there is a higher court than your court of justice, and that is the court of conscience.   It supersedes of all other courts.   Mr. Feisal, the World is big enough to satisfy everyone’s needs, but always be too small to satisfy everyone’s greed.   We have a wide picture that you are dining on the moon and you swim in the Sky – River.   That is why a Tortoise is more valuable than an underage boy who has been kidnapped by a couple who are associated with an underground Mafia that makes business out of Human Spare parts.   Dear reader, lying is done with words, and also with silence.  Liars are always ready to take oaths.   There is beauty in truth, even if it is painful.  Those who lie, twist life so that it looks tasty to the lazy, brilliant to the ignorant, and powerful to the weak.   But lies only strengthen our defects.  It does not teach anything, help anything, fix anything or cure anything.    Nor does it develop one’s character, one’s mind, ones heart or ones soul.

The hardest tumble a man can make is to fall over his own bluff.    Sometimes it is easier to see clearly into the liar than into the man who tells the truth.   Truth, like light, blinds.   Falsehood, on the contrary, is beautiful twilight that enhances every object.  The trust of the innocent is the liars’ most useful tool.   Mr. Musa Bihi, ignorance is a bless! You are old enough to know that the Gown and the Turban of the Gulf States are varied from each other and the Somalilanders are smart enough to distinguish even the difference of their dialogue and accent, as well as their way of dressing.   How come you dare to invite some butchers that are looking for some livestock and want us to believe that this delegation is the Crown Prince of the Arab Emirate?  Mr. Musa, put the shoe on the right foot.   In addition to that who paid for the Jet fighters that bombed our towns and who used to pay the mercinary pilots of those Jet fighters, on behalf of the old vampire Mr. Siyad Bare?   My poor President, you can chain me for expressing my personal view and for telling the truth, you can torture me and you can peel the flesh out of my bones, you can destroy my whole body, but you will never imprison my mind.   Because strength does not come from physical capacity.    It comes from an indomitable will power.   Mr. Musa, it is shame to imprison a young girl for expressing her own belief and to set free that Ape from Ainabo who is ruled by his stomach and misrepresented you in public.   That is very disgusting and a crying shame.  Hell with your negative faith.

Dear Somalilanders, Somaliland had only two good men, one is dead and the other is unborn yet.   Cisho Baas Nin hebeloow La Yidhi Baa Cajaab Ah, Dhagaweeyne Kama Maarmi Karo, laanda Kii jecel.

Mr. Musa, don’t insult the intelligence of your people by telling us cheap lie.

Thank you for being totally ugly.

The three piece Suit is yours and the shame is ours.
